Don't set any limit to your horizon

electromast

The First Fully Electromechanical Telescopic Bow Light Mast

The ELECTROMAST actuator is a fully electromechanical telescopic cylinder with 2 or 3 synchronously and bidirectionally operated extension rod elements. Made from lightweight materials treated for marine environments, it is designed to raise the regulatory bow lights for ships exceeding L.O.A. lenght of 50 meters.

Oil-Free System

By eliminating oil, ELECTROMAST prevents pollution in case of leaks and avoids damages to the vessel. Additionally, it doesn't require expensive and bulky hydraulic systems, resulting in a lighter structure. It allows programmable movements with its electronic control system.

Reasons to Choose ELECTROMAST

This innovative electromechanical system offers numerous benefits, including enhanced safety, reduced installation and operating costs, and minimal environmental impact. Enhance your boating experience today.

01 Lightweight

Free from hydraulic power packs, it uses carbon fiber composite materials or aluminum alloys rods and lightweight components, reducing weight and eliminating the need for hundreds of liters of oil for long strokes.

No hydraulic power packs, tubes, or valves—just a single cylindrical component with minimal fully retracted dimensions.

It eliminates the risks of oil leaks or hydraulic tube breaks, preventing potential fires and severe sea pollution, ensuring greater safety and sustainability.

Designed to be mechanically self-locking, it requires no power once positioned. It consumes minimal energy and only during movement, ensuring efficiency and energy savings.

Being hollow inside, it allows internal routing of electrical cables for lights, protecting and hiding them, with a cable reel at its bottom to collect them.

With transmission systems designed for very low noise emissions, the system operates quietly.

Glossy carbon fiber or matt black aluminum rods add a refined aesthetic. When retracted, only the ends of the 2-3 rods with their flanges are visible or completely hidden under the deck in the flush deck version.

The internal mechanical drive is bidirectional, allowing positive action in both directions: mast extension and retraction. If salt deposits block retraction, the transmission pulls the sections back in, overcoming the obstacle.

ELECTROMAST offers reduced installation costs. The actuator is equipped with a top flange for fastening to the ship's structure and intermediate radial retention flanges. In the standard version, the three-phase motor of the actuator and the limit switches are simply connected to the ship's system.

Without pressurized oil, there's no risk of leaks or oil spills, and no fire hazards from tube breakage.

Electrotraslo

Electromechanical handling systems for tender boats. Connected to the ceiling of the garage, they are made to move them from their stored position in the garage to the sea and backward. They are based on 1 or 2 sliding beams, whose more extended one carries internally a carriage with the hoist inside. All movements are self-locking with safety manual operation system, into the garage, in case of fault.

We stand out for our innovation and expertise in the design of electromechanical linear actuators. Our customer-centric philosophy ensures reliability, flexibility, and excellent service, backed by a highly professional local presence.
